Avian front desk team

Seeking a new Front Desk customer service representative to join our team. The front desk of Avian Flight Center is responsible for a wide variety of tasks supporting customer relations, dispatch operations, flight school administrative duties and proctoring for our PSI Testing Center. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates good communications skills, an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and most importantly is personable with an upbeat and positive attitude.

Director of Maintenance

The Director of Maintenance (DOM) position is a career opportunity for an experienced Director of Maintenance or Assistant DOM to shepherd the growth of a successful general aviation shop to one that is positioned for the future. With an eye to expand to turbine powered aircraft and positioning for future of electric aircraft the DOM will help guide the staffing, training, processes and tooling. We are looking for a hands-on person willing to grow as the company grows. Experience with Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft and Cirrus aircraft and Continental, Lycoming and Pratt & Whitney Engines is essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent grip on cost and margin, personal management and development of Operating Standards. They will have 10 years as a Certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with 5 years IA Certification.
